Ready to Start Your New Years Resolution

Before you do you should make sure you are READY to begin this journey. Losing weight is tough. Embarking on an exercise program in the dead of winter can be tough too.

Readiness is key to success. Many attempts at weight loss fail because an individual isn’t ready to make the lifestyle and behavioral changes necessary to not only lose weight but to also sustain the weight loss. Take some time to think about what changes are doable. There are Readiness Quizzes that you can take to help determine your readiness.

Who says January 1st is the right time to embark on a weight loss journey? February ,March or April 1st might be the better time for you.
