Homemade Broccoli Nuggets

If you look on our Facebook page from last week, you will see a picture of Lucy enjoying these broccoli nuggets. Enjoy them as a snack or as part of a meal.
Here is the very easy recipe!
Ingredients:  
2c steamed broccoli
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1.5 cup shredded or finely diced cheddar or parmesan cheese
3 eggs
Process:
Pulse broccoli in food processor until very fine (not pureed)
Mush all together and form little logs easy for little fingers to pick up.
Brush cookie sheet with olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Flip after 15 minutes if desired.
