Great Fitness and Nutrition App

One of my teenage patients just told me about great apps that he is loving. The app is called Noom.
You can find out everything about it at www.appbrain.com. These free apps include a noom walk that keeps track of all of your daily activities whether they are done inside or outside. There is also a weight loss coach that helps you lose weight. 86% of users have been able to lose weight successfully with this app. It allows you to track your exercise, meals, and weight loss progress. It also provides educational articles on health and wellness to give you up-to-date information on the latest research to allow motivation. There are also support forums to connect with other dieters for encouragement. It has programmable reminders to stay on track and provides daily food and exercise tasks to help you get to your goals.
