Cloud bread is a new food trend that many are trying to reduce calories, carbs, and gluten. For some it is a gluten-free diet that makes finding tasty bread difficult. Cloud Bread Recipe

(Makes ten 4-inch rounds.)

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 tbs. cream cheese
1 tbs. honey
¼ tsp. cream of tarter

1 slice = 40 calories, 3.6 grams carbohydrate, 2 grams protein, and 2 grams fat

In a bowl, separate 3 eggs. Combine yolks, cream cheese, and honey mixing until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tarter with a hand mixer until stiff peaks are formed. Fold the yolks into the whites. Scoop onto 2 baking sheets that are coated with nonstick cooking spray. Form the mixture into ten 4-inch rounds. Bake at 300degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
