Lite and Lean Nachos 

Ingredients

6 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas

Cooking spray

Salt

1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained

2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped

1 cup onions chopped

1/4-cup fat-free sour cream

Directions

Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges and spread on a cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.  Bake at 375 degrees for about 5 minutes.  Turn wedges over and sprinkle with salt.  Bake for 5 more minutes or until crispy.  Mash pinto beans with a fork and heat in a saucepan over medium heat. Top heated tortillas with pinto beans, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream.
